This delicious cake is like a different version of cheese cake. It’s moist and soft and it’s really easy to make. Anybody can make it even if you are just starting to learn how to bake. It’s that simple:) I made it for my sons 15th birthday. It’s my tradition making a cake for my kids birthdays.
Ingredients cake batter (biskvit):
7 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 packs (16 oz) cream cheese softened at room temp
16 oz cool whip
½ cup powder sugar
1 can Country Cherries for topping.
